How it works
- Take a look to our offers last minute and destinations and ask for a quote on our booking form. You can count also on the support of a Sailor One advisor who will assist you in the research. You will receive a free quote within 48 hours.
- You will receive a detailed estimate with yachts availabilities and specifications (depending on the availability of the shipowners), suggested itinerary, additional services and suggestions to reach the departure base in port.
- Sailor One selects the best shipowners (professionals). All yachts meet the criteria for maintenance and comfort in order to guarantee your safe cruise.
- Take a look to "Who we are" page, in order to express your preferred skipper in the booking form. You will receive an answer also on the availability of the skipper choosen.
- You may decide to accept the rental contract for the yacht (from shipowner) and book your boat paying the advance equal to 50% or 60% of rental cost for the yacht including commissions (the percentage of advance payment depends on the ship owner), through credit transfer. The balance will have to be poured not later that 40 days prior to the date of departure. Each cancellation occurring during the 40 days prior to the date of departure: the advance payent will be charged by ship owner including commissions.
- On the balance payment you will be contacted by our advisor for the journey details, for departure schedules, crew list, selected itinerary and possible alternatives.
- Our estimates do not include the transfer expenses either up to the port of departure, nor the internal transfers when on the place of destination. You will be able to ask, in any case, for suggestions to reach the port of departure and internal transfers to the Sailor One advisor.
- Sailor One acts as an intermediary agent, in name and for account of third parties (shipowners), the rental contract being concluded directly between the shipowner and the clients.
Fair winds and calm seas!
